INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS
For any individual appointment meaning services for a party, special event, etc. please read through this page, sign and submit it. Once you have signed this page, please send me an email so we can set up your appointment! $20.00 deposit is required to book appointment and is non refundable.
DEPOSITS/HOW TO PAY
Deposits are required when booking the appointment in order to hold any appointment spot. For single appointments, a $20.00 deposit is required to hold your date/appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. On the day of your appointment, payments are due either cash or Zelle. Your date is not held until the deposit is PAID.
TRAVEL/FEES

Reimbursement of any and all parking fees are required. Your artist is not responsible to pay for parking under any circumstances. A base travel fee of $50.00 PER ARTIST is required for any travel. Depending on the distance once the getting ready location is sent over, the travel fee is most likely to change. The travel fee will be adjusted accordingly by your artist. If extra artists are needed in order to complete all services in a timely manner, there is 1 travel fee for each artist. If YOU are requesting a start time before 6am, there will be a minimum $50.00 early bird fee. A hotel room is required for your artist and/or their representatives if your location exceeds 2 hours by car and/or an early call time (before 6am). If you would like to hire your artist to stay on location with you for Day Touch Up Services, , a fee of $100.00 an hour is required. If your event is on a holiday, there is a day fee of an extra $200.00. If for any reason we run behind schedule due to your party not being available, there is an extra $15.00 for every 30 minutes we run behind.
CONTRACTS
For all bridal events, contracts are MANDATORY. Once you inquire for your event, I will send you the contract with all the information necessary. We can have a phone call as well to discuss all of the information for the event. Your date will not be held unless the contract is signed and returned to me along with your deposit. If you are not booking a wedding, please just sign this page and submit it. Once the page is signed, send me over an email or inquire on my website to book your appointment!
